1st TOOTH!!!!

So, I'm not really sure if in fact this is a tooth coming. Nathan's doctor said it could be something else... I can't remember the name, but it was something like pearl something or other. He has been a little cranky lately, but I was just thinking it was from his shots. He was a little better a few days later. But today when I put him in his swing, I thought I saw a little something. My hands weren't "clean" ( meaning I hadn't washed them in the last 5 minutes) so I used his burp rag to try to look. Of course he tried to eat is, so I didn't get a good look. So this evening while were playing in his room, I decided to try to look again. I put my pinkie in his mouth and rubbed it along his bottom gum line, and sure shoot, I felt something. Something sharp and what appeared to be white!

I had bought some teething tablet a while back. So looks like they are about to be put to good use. I plan on calling his doctor in the morning , just to get some advice. You would never know that the boy is teething. Well except for if you hand him anything it goes straight to the mouth. But that should be expected at his age. He is only cranky if he is tired. I get a kick out of how he acts. It's rather funny.

I can't believe my little baby boy is growing up so fast. I love watching him everyday. Watching what knew things he has learned to do. Watching him get excited over a favorite toy. mmmm I love that little boy so much!!!

I will try to post pictures of this new little tooth, try is the word!!! Silly boy doesn't like having his picture taken ( we are going to have to fix that little problem) I'm getting an AC adapter for my camera soon, so that means I will be able to leave the stinkin' thing on for more than a few seconds before it dies.

I AM IN LOVE!!!!!!!!

Wow, talk about having the 2 most amazing boys in my life. My amazing husband and my adorable little baby boy!!! God is good!

I'm sitting here in our office, with the door closed. I can hear my boogie bear talking to daddy. hubby was trying to get boogie dressed and all he wanted to do is eat his hands. Talk and eat his hands. His two most favorite things to do. I could hear hubby laughing and trying to convince boogie bear to take a break for a minute so he could get dressed.

I L-O-V-E LOVE that little boy. Who knew you could love someone that you just met, so fast?!!!This little boy stole my heart the moment I laid eyes on him. And made me look at my husband a totaly different way. I admire him so much. All that he does for Nathan and I, I am truly blessed. You know, I don't even know if I changed a single diaper for the 1st week of Nathan's life. I had a C-section, and was in a lot of pain. Hubby, not having any newborn experiance, stepped up to the plate and took charge. ohhhhh I just love him so much.

Just some things

Well, your 4 months old now bub!!! My how time flies. You've changed quite a bit since the last time I wrote a letter. You are getting so big, and such a big personality to match!

In the past 2 months mommy and daddy have seen you change so much. Once just a little tiny thing that only ate, slept and pooped with the occasional cry. Now a little boy that smiles, gets excited when he knows he about to eat, and has favorite toys ( your monkey blanket and your belly buzzer frog)!!!

You've learned a new thing that absolutely melts mommy's heart. You've learned how to laugh!! The first time I heard that sweet little laugh ( 12-12-08) I almost cried! You were with daddy and starting to get fussy so I took you and started making monkey sounds. You thought that was the funniest thing ever! And now you are finding other things to be rather funny too. I LOVE IT!!!

You also celebrated your first Christmas. You had a great time seeing all of your aunts and uncles and grandma's and grandpa's. Everyone loves you so much. You received a lot of wonderful gifts. A lot of things that make noise I might add. I am okay with them right now, but we will see how long that lasts.

You have been recently working on your rolling over skills. You can roll from your tummy to your back, but your having a hard time finding out how to get from your back to you tummy. Crawling is coming soon too I think. You have the motion down, you just haven't figured out how to move just yet. Sometimes it looks like you are swimming. Very cute.

You are mommy's big boy. You think you are such a big boy in fact that you have to hold your bottle now!! I think you've learned your grabbing reflex from grabbing mommy's hair!! I seriously think you are going to make me bald, little boy. Someday you'll learn that pulling hair is a "no no", but until then, I guess I'll just have to continue laughing and crying , trying to pry your little fingers open to retrieve my hair.

Baby Earth, oh how do I love you!!

Some how I stumbled across this website. BABYEARTH.COM!!!!! I love it. Sure somethings are a little over priced. But I came across this wonderful little invention!!!

The Squirt baby food dispensing spoon allows for convenient feeding, one bite at a time. The easy-to-fill bulb holds up to 3 ounces of baby food and attaches firmly to the spoon end. Simply squeeze the bulb to dispense just the right amount of food. Squirt comes with a protective cover to seal food in and keep the spoon clean between feedings. By combining the spoon and food container into one product, Squirt makes one-handed feeding a snap. This wonderful little tool is $7.99. I don't think that is too unreasonable. I'm ordering one TONIGHT!!!
